What is included in the cost of the trip?

You can get all the details on the cost and itinerary by clicking the "Register Now" Tab. Don't worry, you will not be committed to payment until you finalize the order and confirm purchase. The cost of the trip is $1,650 plus a $41.25 service fee and that includes the entire trip.
What is covid proto calls?

The covid pandemic is evolving. We will follow the current CDC and local city & venue Covid requirements and preventative measures imposed during our trip. With respect to fellow passengers on the trip, we ask that each person is vaccinated and boosted. Since some of the meet & greet opportunities involve close contact with classic country entertainers, we want to respect them enough to ensure minimal risk of ill health.
What if the trip doesn't happen or is cancelled?

A refund will be given in the event that some unforeseen circumstance causes the trip to be cancelled. For each person that cancels their participation on the trip, a cancellation fee of $500 will be withheld from the refund.
